Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Maulin Home Care Services - 5.0 Montclair, CA Job Details Full-time $22 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Referral program Retirement plan Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Microsoft Excel Customer service Spreadsheets English High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Productivity software Time management Full Job Description Responsibilities Staffing Staff clients by consulting with them to identify and understand their needs Assist in securing staff for absences, leaves, etc., adjusting schedules as required Present qualified candidates to clients Work with human resources to advise them of staffing needs, terminations, and other information necessary for the smooth flow of work regarding employees Interpret Maulin Home Care Services' business policies and Code of Conduct for caregiver staff Conduct orientation for newly hired caregivers Share on-call duties as assigned Administrative/Customer Service Courteously answer incoming calls Identify and/or resolve client customer service issues Complete staffing report on a weekly and monthly basis Establish and maintain professional relationships with the clients and caregivers Add caregivers and clients to our software system Schedule caregiver and clients on our software system Qualifications Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a Staffer or similar role is a plus Strong communication skills Experience with using software systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Experience presenting Excellent typing skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Bilingual (English and Spanish)
