Job Description

Transform student lives by providing expert adaptive physical education at three non-public schools in the region. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with students across primary and secondary levels, tailoring physical education experiences that foster growth, confidence, and inclusion. The role is onsite only and spans multiple locations near Ontario, CA, including San Dimas, Pasadena, and Chino Hills.
What We're Looking For:
Valid credentials in Adaptive Physical Education Experience serving students across a range of ability levels Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and reporting Strong assessment skills and the ability to deliver both makeup and regularly scheduled instructional minutes Willingness to work flexibly across multiple campuses Exceptional communication skills, especially for IEP meetings and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide adaptive physical education to a small, diverse caseload at multiple non-public school sites Conduct comprehensive student assessments and contribute professional input to IEP meetings Develop and implement individualized PE programming tailored to each students needs Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and required documentation Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Travel between sites in San Dimas, Pasadena, and Chino Hills as required Establish rapport with students, staff, and families to encourage engagement in physical activity
