Join iCare Medical Group and make a difference in the lives of our patients! iCare Medical Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing primary care team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a positive check-in and check-out experience. Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits to ensure accurate billing. Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front office administrative tasks. Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred. Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work at both our Monterey Park and Rowland Heights clinic locations. Positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player.
