Pay:
$18-$20.00/hour, DOE.Schedule:
Part-time, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.Experience:
Minimum 1+ year dental/medical front desk experience required, or customer service in related field. About theRole :
We are looking for someone who is professional, well organized, and provides great service to our patients. The potential candidate should possess an enthusiastic and friendly personality and have great attention to details.Key Responsibilities:
The core duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients Answering multiple phone lines Registering patients Verifying insurance eligibility Making confirmation calls Completing patient referral forms Scheduling patients accordingly Scanning documents/forms into computer softwareRequirements:
Bilingual, fluent in Spanish Customer service experience High school diploma/GED or higher.Benefits:
