Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to help be the point contact for our patients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Scan paper work
- Request records
- Future goals to work towards
- Handle dental insurance fax backs and keeping patients charts updated
- Assist with office management tasks, including dental hygiene recall and help verify dental insurance plans
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
