Administrative Support/ Receptionist

We're hiring an Administrative Support / Receptionist to be the first point of contact and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role includes answering calls and emails, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling data entry and filing, and supporting internal teams with general administrative tasks. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of admin or customer-facing experience, strong communication and organization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to grow into higher-level administrative roles.
