Overview Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist, where your energetic and compassionate approach will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals. In this vital role, you will facilitate smooth clinic operations by managing appointments, handling client communications, and supporting veterinary staff with administrative tasks. Your enthusiasm for animal care and excellent organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment that fosters trust and confidence among pet owners. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures for pets and their owners Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient flow Collect payments with accuracy and professionalism Maintain detailed records of pet medical histories, treatments, and laboratory results in compliance with clinic protocols Support veterinary team during critical care situations by preparing supplies, managing documentation, and facilitating communication Manage incoming calls, respond to client inquiries about pet care, treatments, or procedures using veterinary terminology Skills Excellent customer service skills Comfortable working with a variety of animals Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology Efficiently juggling multiple tasks and priorities Prioritizing urgent matters while maintaining attention to detail. Maintaining accurate records and managing administrative tasks efficiently Keeping track of appointments and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and instructions to pet owners
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AVIMARK

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
