Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary practice. This role requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and handle medical collection processes. Provide information about services, procedures, and products to clients. Process payments and manage client inquiries regarding billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room. Collaborate with veterinary technicians on patient care as needed. Utilize veterinary terminology effectively when communicating with clients and staff. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and knowledge: Familiarity with animal anatomy and basic veterinary terminology. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
