Required Qualifications:

Current and valid California School Counseling License Experience working with PreK-12 students in an educational or counseling capacity Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills Ability to develop trusting relationships and provide confidential support Familiarity with diverse backgrounds and student needs is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and small group counseling services to students, tailored to age and developmental level Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student well-being and address challenges Develop and implement preventative programs and interventions Participate in student support meetings as needed Maintain thorough documentation on services provided Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of student care Enjoy a position that offers part-time flexibility, working just one day per week, starting as soon as possible.
