What You'll Do As a Reservation Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests booking their perfect Central Coast getaway. Your role is key to ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional reservation experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Process bookings and payments accurately in our system Provide knowledgeable support about property amenities and locations Assist with general office tasks and guest correspondence Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest service Drive to properties for showings or support as needed (company vehicle provided) Address and resolve reservation-related issues professionally
