Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and front desk tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming front desk experience.
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing inbound calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle scheduling tasks, including coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Assist with document preparation, mail distribution, and other administrative duties.
- Maintain organized office operations to support the team's workflow.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Collaborate with team members to address daily operational needs and resolve issues promptly. Requirements
- Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort managing competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
