What You'll Do New Patient Conversions & Scheduling Convert inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations Respond quickly and warmly to incoming leads and questions Build and maintain a strong, steady schedule that supports full plan-of-care completion Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance benefits Explain coverage, deductibles, and copays with clarity and kindness Collect payments at check-in and check-out with professionalism Case Management & Data Accuracy Enter and update all patient information accurately in the EMR Maintain complete and organized electronic charts Send timely updates and documentation to referring physicians and case managers Front Office Operations Welcome and check in patients, creating a calm and efficient front desk Monitor the schedule and communicate with the clinical team throughout the day Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and improve compliance You're a
