Front Desk Receptionist Oasis Beauty & Wellness Spa Redlands, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 - $25 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Administrative experience Full Job Description Front Desk Receptionist (Medical Spa) Oasis Medical Spa - Redlands, CA 92373 Full-Time / Part-Time | In-Person Job Overview Oasis Medical Spa is seeking an experienced, professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the face of our growing wellness practice. This role is extremely important to our business — we are looking for someone who is reliable, sales-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced spa environment. The ideal candidate has prior front desk experience, preferably in a medical spa, salon, or wellness setting, and is comfortable using booking systems such as Vagaro. Responsibilities Manage daily client scheduling and appointment confirmations Operate booking systems (Vagaro experience strongly preferred) Greet clients warmly and ensure an exceptional check-in/check-out experience Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage client communications Process payments and upsell services, packages, and retail products Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Support marketing efforts (social media assistance is a plus) Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications 1+ year front desk or administrative experience required Experience in spa, salon, or medical office preferred Proficient with booking systems (Vagaro preferred) Strong sales and customer service skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment Social media/content creation experience is a bonus Excellent communication and phone etiquette Strong multitasking and organizational skills
