Job Description
Front Desk Agent Looking for enthusiastic, energetic, muliti tasker, teamplayer, sales orientated person to work front dest at a high end, fast paced spa in the South Bay. Must be computer savvy, knowledge of appointment setting systems a plus.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Spa, must be a people person.
- Check Guest in and out, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Computer literate
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle guest information confidentially
- Up selling and sales experience is a must We offer competitive pay.
