Seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional client service in a veterinary dermatology setting.Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments Maintain client charts and computer records Assist with pharmacy and retail sales Support marketing initiatives and perform general maintenance Handle financial transactions accurately and honestlyQualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality; veterinary hospital experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to multi-task, handle money, and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periodsAttributes:
