Applicants ideally must have at least 2 years previous veterinary related experience. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional support and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be joining two receptionists in a busy specialty hospital. Responsibilities Provide outstanding client support ensuring each interaction is positive and solution-oriented Juggle multiple phone calls a day, trying to limit hold time and providing the best client support possible. Assist clients with inquiries related services, billing, and account management using clear and professional communication Enter data accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and transactions Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand client needs thoroughly Support client services by resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary Manage cash handling procedures during transactions with precision and integrity General housekeeping. Qualifications Prior experience in the veterinary hospital.
