Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Job Description We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude who will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office and answering, forwarding and screening all phone calls in a professional manner. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance in person, via phone and/or e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Handling office tasks, sorting and distributing mail, filing, and grading. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Managing filing system. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing. Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or associate's degree. Warm personality with strong communication skills and ability to multitask. Consistent, professional dress and manner. Punctual and strong timekeeping skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual preferred (language preferred: Mandarin). Have a valid drivers license.

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
