Job Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with company correspondence, reports, and general office tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
