Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and technical proficiency will help create a professional and friendly environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls or taking messages as needed Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible Assist with basic office management duties, including copying, scanning, and document preparation Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with clarity and professionalism Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with clerical experience preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry and filing systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for client interaction Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and productivity software Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable Must be bilingual (Spanish) 18+ years of age Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist to play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our team's operational success.
