Receptionist We are currently in need of Receptionist (Full Time) responsible for routine clerical matters and assuring that documents flow in a coordinated and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of one year of experience preferably (High School graduate) Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Excel & Word Excellent communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities At least eighteen years of age. Knowledge of Personal computer skills

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

The Receptionist will provide assistance to the staff at the residential facility. Maintain the files, supplies, postage and general office condition in an orderly manner. Answers telephone inquiries and channels them appropriately.
