Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcoming clients and patients Answering and directing high-volume phone calls Providing professional and compassionate telephone service Checking patients in and out Supporting appointment scheduling and daily workflow Updating client and patient records Processing payments accurately Communicating clearly with clients and fellow team members Helping clients navigate questions and next steps Performing general clerical and administrative duties Supporting veterinarians, technicians, and fellow reception team members Helping maintain an organized and efficient front desk Contributing to a positive client experience from the first phone call through the end of the visit What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines outstanding customer service with professionalism, reliability, organization, and a genuine love for animals.
