Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule and manage appointments while coordinating with staff as needed Assist with patient registration, consent forms, skin analysis device operation, and before-and-after photos Maintain organized filing systems and accurate client records Provide administrative support, including data entry, clerical tasks, and correspondence management Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner Support management and team members with additional administrative or personal assistant tasks as needed Utilize computerized (Jane App) systems for scheduling, recordkeeping, and communication Assist with social media content creation and posting Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with office procedures and clerical responsibilities Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply Proficiency in office software, scheduling systems, and general computer skills Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
