You will welcome visitors, maintain a secure and tidy lobby, and handle daily administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Visitor Management:
Greet and welcome guests immediately upon arrival; determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Communications:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on a multi-line system; take clear messages and answer basic inquiries.Lobby Security:
Monitor lobby traffic, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs according to company safety protocols.Mail and Deliveries:
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.Area Maintenance:
Keep the front desk and reception waiting area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (such as pens, forms, and brochures).Clerical Support:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, data entry, expense report management and basic calendar management.Requirements and Skills Experience:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or customer service role.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace; familiarity with standard office equipment like printers and scanners.Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with polite and professional phone etiquette.Soft Skills:
Strong organizational abilities, time-management skills, multitasking capabilities, and a helpful, customer-service attitude.INDSJ Pay:
