Position Overview:
The Front Desk Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees while providing essential administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally. This position is responsible for managing front desk activities, greeting visitors, maintaining and restock supplies for staff members. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, dependable, and highly organized, with strong communication and multitasking skills. This role requires the ability to prioritize responsibilities, maintain confidentiality, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive visitor experience.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with meeting preparation.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
- Support employees onboarding activities and administrative projects.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and visitor access.
- Maintain office security procedures and visitor logs.
- Provide general administrative support to HR, Finance, and Operations teams as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-service-oriented with a professional demeanor.

Compensation:
The compensation will be determined based on your relevant experience, and knowledge.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
