the assessment test to be considered. We're seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Saleh Chiropractic in San Leandro! This role is more than just answering phones - it's about being a vital part of our patients' wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Conversion:

Educate and guide patients on their care plans to ensure successful enrollment.

Retention & Follow-Up:

Build strong relationships with patients to maintain their commitment to care.

Reception Duties:

Manage appointment scheduling, answer calls, and provide exceptional customer service.

Care Plan Closing:

Confidently present treatment plans and help patients make informed decisions about their health.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or customer service experience (healthcare experience is a plus!). A motivated, results-driven attitude.
