Full-time or part-time
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Eight- or 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed

What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients. Welcome clients and provide personalized, compassionate service in person and over the phone. Answer client questions and communicate important information clearly and professionally. Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital's daily workflow. Maintain accurate client accounts and patient information. Admit and discharge patients while providing clients with clear instructions and support. Work closely with the veterinary team to create a smooth and positive experience for clients and their pets.
