• Front Desk/Receptionist Position Available!

Are you passionate about customer service and looking to thrive in a dynamic medical spa environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk/Receptionist to join our team immediately.

Job Title:

Front Desk/Receptionist Pay Rate:

$22/hour

Availability Needed:

Required:

Tue & Thur 3-9:30pm, Sunday 8:30am-5pm

Job Duties Include:

• Running and folding laundry
• Warmly greeting clients and visitors
• Scheduling appointments efficiently
• Locating and confirming appointments
• Checking clients in and out with attention to detail
• Handling POS transactions and maintaining the cash drawer
• Answering phone calls and responding to texts promptly and courteously
• Assisting in setting up treatment rooms as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Second language preferred (Spanish or Portuguese preferred)
