$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Join Our Team at Marin Post Acute! Marin Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused PM Shift Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, and staff. Position Summary The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and supporting daily administrative functions. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who enters our facility. Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously. Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure facility security protocols are followed. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist with clerical tasks including filing, copying, data entry, and scheduling support. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment. Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing is a plus but not required.
