Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude. You will serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk responsibilities, supporting office management tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced, professional setting. Must be responsible and dependable. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone entering the office Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and dropboxing important legal documents or similar software Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, proofreading documents, and maintaining detailed records of office activities Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications, dropbox.
MUST BE TECH SAVVY AND HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MAC PRODUCTS
Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills with attention to detail Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; personal assistant experience is also beneficial Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Join us in delivering outstanding support that keeps our office running smoothly!
