Job Description
We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, handling incoming calls efficiently, and keeping the reception area running smoothly. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a detail-oriented office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous manner and provide a positive front desk experience.
- Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
- Receive and respond to general inquiries while ensuring messages are recorded accurately and delivered promptly.
- Maintain an orderly reception area and support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate front desk activities to help ensure smooth office operations during assigned part-time hours.
- Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and updating office information.
- Monitor visitor flow and follow office procedures for check-in and general reception support.
