Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable bilingual Spanish/English Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and must be comfortable communicating professionally with clients in both English and Spanish. This position will also provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff and assist with the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming telephone calls Communicate with clients in English and Spanish Take accurate messages and respond to general inquiries Manage the front desk and reception area Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed Receive, sort, and distribute mail Assist with scanning, copying, filing, and organizing documents Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks Maintain organized client and office files Assist with preparing and sending correspondence and documents Order and maintain office supplies Provide general office support as needed Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client information Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English — required Previous receptionist, administrative, or office experience preferred Law firm experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment Comfortable answering multiple phone lines Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Medical, and dental insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, organized, and personable, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. The ability to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients is an essential part of this position . The successful candidate should be comfortable speaking Spanish on the phone and in person and providing clients with a welcoming and professional experience.
