The Opportunity We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our South San Francisco office. This role supports the day-to-day flow of the office by answering and routing calls, welcoming visitors, scanning and organizing documents, and providing general administrative support. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls professionally and route calls to the appropriate person or department. Greet visitors, vendors, and guests and help create a welcoming, professional first impression. Scan, organize, and route documents accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and other front-desk needs. Maintain organized physical and electronic records as assigned. Provide general clerical and administrative support to the office team. Use common office equipment, including multi-line phones, printers, scanners, and computers. Maintain confidentiality and handle company information with appropriate care and discretion. Support other reasonably related administrative duties as business needs arise. What We're Looking For Professional, friendly phone presence and strong customer-service skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Comfort using Microsoft Office, email, scanners, printers, and other standard office tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy office environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain appropriate confidentiality. $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
