Kim Tustin, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17.40 - $20.00 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook English Scanning Managing clients in a customer support role Faxing Technical Proficiency Full Job Description We are a boutique law firm practicing Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law with our main office in Orange County (Tustin) and a satellite location in Los Angeles. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly Full-Time Receptionist for our Tustin office to serve as the voice of our firm. Our clientele is predominantly Korean; therefore, Korean language proficiency is preferred .
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact for clients via telephone and in-person; Greeting clients and managing the front office reception area; Handling incoming correspondence via telephone, email, fax, and mail; Managing office schedules and assisting with appointment bookings; Printing, sorting, scanning, and assembling legal documents; Maintaining and managing the Client/Matter database; Ordering and maintaining office supplies; Providing administrative support to attorneys and staff; and Other general office duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Regardless of prior experience, all candidates must possess the following:
Customer Service Oriented:
A warm, professional demeanor and the ability to handle client inquiries with empathy and patience.
Highly Organized:
Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
Self-Starter:
The ability to take initiative and work independently.
Reliable:
Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and modern office equipment.
