Job Description
We are looking for a great full-time veterinary receptionist to add to our team. We are Tustin Care Animal Hospital, a popular holistic veterinary practice. We combine western traditional veterinary care with proven alternative therapies such as acupuncture and natural nutrition. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, honest, reliable, and efficient, a team player and loves working with people and pets. The position requires welcoming clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, computer skills, transporting and handling dogs and cats, and invoicing clients. At least 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience is preferred. For experienced individuals, advancement to a supervisory position or management position is available. We are open Monday-Saturday so Saturdays are required, but we are closed Sundays and all major holidays.
