We're looking for a friendly individual to be the welcoming face of our brand-new, privately owned veterinary clinic. As our front desk receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients—many of whom are passionate pet lovers just like you. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new, contribute to a supportive team, and help build a client experience that's warm, personal, and stress-free from the very first hello. We are looking for someone who is friendly, positive, takes initiative, a team player, able to mulit-task, punctual, adaptable to change, accountable, willing to teach others and share ideas, has excellent communication skills, professional and caring when dealing with patients/clients, and maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Demonstrate excellent customer service both in person and on the phone Take accurate messages and book appointments Review estimates with clients Discharge clients Explain charges Maintain medical records Communicate with other veterinary facilities Fill medications Assist with animal handling if needed

The ideal candidate will:

High school diploma. Schedule Full-time position. 10-hour shifts. Willing to work Saturdays. Benefits Salary range is $19-22/ hour, depending on experience. Closed on Sunday. Paid holidays and vacation. Medical and Dental benefits. 401K. Discount on veterinary services. Uniform allowance.
