Job Description

The Adaptive Athlete is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for every individual and family who walks through our doors. This is more than a front desk position. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys connecting with people, embraces technology, and is always looking for ways to help. In addition to supporting daily operations, you'll have opportunities to assist with projects, events, marketing, administration, and leadership responsibilities as you grow within our organization.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with clients, families, and team members Exceptional client service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and always looking for ways to help without being asked Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, systems, and technology Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment Active, energetic, and comfortable working in a fitness facility Interested in taking ownership of projects and growing into additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, fitness, recreation, childcare, or a related field is preferred Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and families while creating an exceptional first impression Answer phones, emails, and text messages professionally and promptly Schedule classes, evaluations, tours, and make-up lessons Process enrollments, payments, and client account updates Give tours to prospective clients and families Assist with events, camps, marketing initiatives, and special projects Support leadership with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations Help improve office systems and the overall client experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby Cross-train in additional responsibilities and step in wherever support is needed If you're someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and wants an opportunity to grow into a key member of our team, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
