Greet and check in patients and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls and patient inquiries. Schedule and coordinate appointments. Collect and record patient information accurately. Direct patients to the appropriate departments or staff. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Job Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Specialty care experience preferred, particularly oncology. Community clinic experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. High school diploma degree preferred Experience may substitute for degree 2+ years of medical/healthcare setting experience required. 2+ Years of EPIC experience required
