This role combines administrative support for real estate transactions with creative marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and creative—someone who can manage deadlines while also crafting compelling marketing materials. [
THIS IS AN IN-PERSON ROLE. CANDIDATE MUST COME INTO THE OFFICE MON-FRI
] Duties Manage and track real estate files from contract to close Review contracts, disclosures, and addenda for compliance and accuracy Communicate with escrow, lenders, agents, and clients to ensure deadlines are met Maintain transaction checklists and brokerage compliance records Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Design marketing collateral such as flyers, listing presentations, postcards, and newsletters Assist with property marketing (MLS input, open house promotions, photography coordination) Maintain brokerage website and support agent branding initiatives Track and source leads/sales opportunities through online engagement Skills Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination or administration preferred Familiarity with CAR forms, MLS systems, and real estate compliance Marketing/design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to multitask and balance administrative and creative projectsJob Type:
