Job Description
Applause Music Academy is expending quickly. We are hiring someone who can manage our social media and being a Front Desk Receptionist We are looking for a well-rounded Front Desk Receptionist with excellent social and communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, computer skills. A positive attitude is a must. This position need to be available in all 3 locations : Rancho Cucamonga, Upland and Glendora. We are looking for someone who has qualities of :
- Excellent social and communication skills. Excellent customer service
- Highly organized and attention to detail .
- Handle well with multi-tasks
- Friendly and energetic
- Puncture and reliable with schedules.
- Computer skill is must (Canva, Word, Excel, etc.) Able to manage social media.
- Minimum 1 yrs experience in customer service (Starbucks, In-N-Out, hotel etc.) Receptionist responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service. Keeping the premises professional, clean and presentable, refreshing on-site decor according to seasons.
- Be prepared to provide detailed information about our programs. Help setting up the most ideal pairings for prospective students and our current faculty members.
- Schedule lessons, events and coordinate school activities on/off-site. Form filing, making flyers and signs, record keeping and other duties associated with running an office.
- Assist teachers with lesson or class preparations or any other lesson-related projects. Ensure room assignment is secured each day.
- Set up auto payment for new students as well as processing other fee charges in our software.
