We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Offering beverages and seating customer accordingly.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently and accurately using salon software.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities as needed.
- Provide support to nail technicians as needed.
- Adhere to all salon policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual; must speak and English
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Google Sheets and Documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
