Healing Therapy Spa in Whittier, CA, is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and have a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As our Front Desk / Receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting experience for our clients.Your responsibilities will include:
Answering calls, texts, and Instagram DMs with professionalism and care. Scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure smooth operations. Greeting clients and making a lasting first impression. Promoting our facials, massages, memberships, and consultations. Following up with leads and clients to help grow our community. Assisting in meeting monthly booking and sales goals. Managing front desk and handling daily administrative tasks. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (spa, wellness, or customer service experience preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills. A friendly, positive, and professional personality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Confidence in recommending services, memberships, and consultations. A sales-minded approach and comfort with following up on leads. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work weekends. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Compensation Pay:
