We are seeking an energetic, professional, full time experienced Patient Relations Specialist to join our amazing team!!! We are a fast-paced private Optometry practice in Thornton, and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works efficiently, strives for high quality patient care, and enjoys working in a medical office team environment. Some •Experience• in an Optometrist office is a must! Front Desk duties include but are not limited to: Greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Scheduling appointments Preparing patients charts, pulling insurance, calling insurance companies Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service Selling Contact lenses, and explaining recommended testing,(Optos and MPOD) Being able to Multi-task and control patient flow while being a team player Additional administrative duties etc. Employee Benefits Package Health Insurance Premium Paid at 65% (after 60 days) Dental Insurance Paid 100% (after 60 days) Life Insurance ($50,000 benefit) paid 100% (after 60 days) 4-day work week for full-time employees - enjoy a 3-day weekend every week with your family!
