Job Description
About us Johnson Bakken Greely Smith, P.C. is a law firm in the Denver Metro area specializing in complex litigation. Our practice areas cover a wide range including premises liability, construction defect, products liability, insurance disputes, heavy machinery accidents, aviation incidents and accidents, catastrophic injuries, and a range of other areas. Our firm is currently expanding and seeks to add individuals who can fit in well with our existing staff and culture. We are a tight-knit group of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff who work hard, have fun, and ensure our legal product adheres to the highest standards of excellence and that we obtain the best possible results for our clients.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage the reception area and office, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and order entry
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned including maintenance and postings to social media pages for the law firm.
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant or similar experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working at a law firm is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and typing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
