Salary:

Job Description Summary The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing incoming calls, directing guests appropriately, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive customer experience.Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments and team members. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate customer records. Support dealership operations with clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Provide exceptional customer service while addressing basic inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and dealership software systems. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.Additional Information Compensation:
