In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain an efficient front office environment, supporting daily operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting with accuracy and timeliness Maintain organized filing systems, update spreadsheets, and perform data entry to support office operations Utilize office management software including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing correspondence Support office team with general administrative duties like filing, photocopying, and inventory management Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and productivity software Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; familiarity with bookkeeping is a plus Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone communication and phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and fax machines Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required Knowledge of calendar management tools and scheduling software for seamless appointment coordination Join us as a Front Desk Associate to bring energy, organization, and professionalism to our welcoming environment.
