Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while taking detailed messages when necessary. Maintain organized front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and updating client records. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings with precision and attention to detail. Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person, ensuring clear and professional interactions at all times. Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and managing incoming/outgoing mail to keep the front office running smoothly. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, data entry, and productivity software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer support and client interaction. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently and handle complex scheduling or calendar management tasks. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or dental receptionist is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued. Demonstrated technical proficiency with computer literacy, data entry accuracy, proofreading skills, and time management expertise.
