Job Description
The Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing professional and compassionate administrative support to patients, physicians, and staff at Colorado Spine Solutions. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient patient experience while always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Job Duties Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answering and directing incoming phone calls Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Taking accurate messages and relaying information promptly Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area Performing clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and document management Assisting patients with intake paperwork and check-in/check-out procedures Collecting payments and maintaining accurate records when applicable Coordinating communication between patients, providers, and outside offices Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA and office privacy policies Assisting with additional administrative duties as assigned Hours and Expectations This is a part-time position. Weekly hours may fluctuate depending on clinic operations and the physician's surgery schedule but will generally not exceed 30 hours per week. Workdays may be spread across up to five (5) days per week or consolidated into fewer days based on scheduling needs. Office hours are Monday through Friday only, and no weekend hours are required for this position. Flexibility, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are expected as part of this position. Employee acknowledges that patient care and physician schedules may occasionally require flexibility with scheduling and workflow. Compensation and Timekeeping Employee will be compensated at a rate of $18-$20.00 per hour based on experience, payable in accordance with the Company's regular payroll schedule and applicable payroll withholdings. This is a non-exempt hourly position. Employee will be required to accurately clock in and clock out using the office's designated timekeeping system for all hours worked. Employees are expected to record their time honestly and accurately. Any overtime or work outside of scheduled hours must be approved in advance by management. Weekly hours will not exceed 30 hours per week unless otherwise authorized.
