Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. This role requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and update client information as needed. Process payments and handle medical collections with professionalism. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care. Ensure the reception area is clean and organized. Provide information on services offered by the clinic. Qualifications Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
