Job Description
Office & Client Care Specialist Iron Will Dog Lodge - Montrose, CO Do you love animals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy providing outstanding customer service? Iron Will Dog Lodge is looking for a dependable, organized Office & Client Care Specialist to become part of our team. This position is much more than answering phones. You will be the first impression for our clients while helping ensure each dog has a safe, smooth check-in and check-out experience. Schedule We are hiring for two full-time positions : Sunday-Wednesday Wednesday-Saturday (Please indicate which schedule you are applying for.) Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service. Answer phones, emails, and text messages. Schedule dog & cat boarding, daycare, and grooming reservations using Paw Partner. Check pets in and out accurately. Process payments and maintain client records. Communicate with clients regarding reservations and services. Safely leash and escort dogs to and from the play yards where our technicians will take over their care. Maintain a clean, organized front office. Assist with administrative projects and other office duties. Occasionally assist the pet care team when needed. Qualifications Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience required. Professional customer service skills. Comfortable learning and using computer software. Experience working with animals is strongly preferred, especially in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, daycare, grooming salon, or similar environment. Comfortable confidently handling dogs of all sizes. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys both people and animals.
