In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will ensure smooth daily operations, support office management tasks, and create a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, mail, or courier services using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, familiar with Dentrix Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and ensuring excellent customer service standards Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning documents, collecting payments, verify insurances and maintaining office supplies Experience 3-5 Year dental experience Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications, Dentrix Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Reliable and punctual Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets warmth!
